Q: How much will I pay for my call?
A: You will only be charged to access the premium rate numbers as
described (just £1.50 a minute). There will be no further charges
other than this - the call to the receiving party is not an additional
charge. You pay for the call to the premium rate number and that is
it.
Q: When does the call start?
A: It starts from the moment your call to the premium rate numbers
is connected to our system (when you hear the instructions asking
you to dial the number you want to call). So, if the person you are
calling does not answer the phone, we advise not to let the phone
ring for a long time as you are being charged for this.
Q: Will the satellite phone number I called show up on my phone
bill?
A: No, only the call to the premium rate number will be shown on your
bill and charged for by your phone provider.
Q: Do I need any special equipment to use this service?
A: No, all you need is a touch tone phone.
Q: Can I use this service from a mobile, payphone or non BT landline?
A: Yes, you can. However, call charges to our premium rate number
will vary and you should confirm these with your phone provider.
Q: Are there any extra charges at all?
A: No.
